Karting Party Package for Leisure Centres

Specially designed for girls and boys aged between 3-10 years old, the go-karts gives younger kids the opportunity to have a go at one of the world's fastest growing sports.

You will receive all the training and equipment you will need to successfully run your own go-karting operation. The karts are electric, noise free and are designed with the utmost safety in mind. There is no requirement for the children to wear helmets. The karts are designed to work on gym and sports hall floors and should not mark the floors in any way.

The karts are adjustable in speed so you can cater for the younger children as well as the older children who want to go faster. We have a range of team games and races that suit every age group. The parties are well structured and are designed to keep the children entertained, safe and fun filled. Each party requires at least 2 party hosts / leisure attendants.

The main source of income from the go-karts will be birthday parties. You can also add to your revenue stream by offering karting sessions to children's activities groups, fun days or regular after school clubs where the karts are combined with other activites. These are based on proven business models.

You can be provided with the certifcates, invitations and other promotional designs around the parties. Used in conjuction with the Miamox PartyBook software, the management of the parties is efficient and time saving, freeing up your staff to concentrate on other duties.

So how does it work?

Set up:

During the implementation period:

  • We set up the software, ensuring that it meets your requirements
  • We train your party hosts to run the parties
  • We train your office and reception staff to use the PartyBook software
  • We train your managers to oversee the whole process
  • We provide training materials and operational manuals
  • We give guidance on what peripheral equipment and sundries you'll need
  • We provide designs for certificates and invitations
  • You pay a one-off initial fee for for set up, training and manuals

Ongoing

The duration of the agreement is 3 years. For this period:

  • We supply the go-karts, inflatable and blower
  • We supply the software and support
  • We promote you on our web site
  • You pay us a percentage fee per party - this is typically on a sliding scale so the more parties you book, the less you pay
  • If you like the software then you may wish to integrate the software with your other birthday party services

Next step

Assuming the go-karts have proved as much of a hit at your centre as they have at ours, once the agreement comes to an end you can:

  • Buy the equipment outright
  • Pay us annual subscription for the software, with associated support via the ticketing system.

At this stage, all revenue from the parties stays with the centre.
